You know, every once in a while something comes along that seems incredible and you just can\’t shake it. I mean, it amazes you to no end, ya know.

Now, in my own personal opinion..I don\’t see why online poker can\’t be in some form or fashion legalized within the United States; with the mindset that there will be licensing and those licensures will be with high regard.

Now, here\’s why I\’m bringing up my personal opinion about the issue. Because, to revert back to the first sentence..People amaze me. As a poker player I\’m in awe, because most of the poker players I know are protective of their bankroll. I guess online poker players just have it to blow and will never figure out truly what their average is..lil hard to do that when you\’re playing against the site itself, a \”pro\” no less..who\’s ripping you a new ass by cheating or when you’re playing against a table full of bots.

I refer to the article in Poker News Daily dealing with the cheating that was rampant on Ultimate Bet (Now UB) and Absolute Poker…read for yourself. Heck, Google it, even 60 Minutes tried to tell you about it! It\’s interesting to me that this entire capper was \”supposedly\” pulled off by one man…even Bernie Maydoff had help!

Also while reading the News leads on Poker News Daily, I noticed an article about the above mentioned subject where Barry Greenstein commented, “Russ seemed like he knew a couple of the guilty parties, but in the end, I don’t think it was him.”

The other issue is the one that all have read about…The one with PokerStars and the bot issue.

Alright, let\’s back up to the issue at hand, US legal, safe, based and legally bound online poker sweetness.. The reason I\’m all about the legalization, because if you take a look at the law, in it\’s direction sites would have to be licensed, US based, and held in high regard..I don\’t think cheating and bots are high regard.
